Happy New Year 2006
Here's wishing everyone a Very Happy New Year. :)
Now here's something about how the last year was for me. Good, I'll say but then at the end it still seemed a waste for me for some reason. But now when I recall I don't really think it was waste like it seemed to me the time I was returning back home at around 2 AM.
Some of the good things that happened were the recruitment to the very first company that visited the college for recruiting students in their very 3rd year, my aggregate crossing 70, exploring heavy metal and the genres more and more, going back to the guitar classes, the hope of still having a heavy metal band of my own, a brand new bike, a broadband connection (which still hasn't been plugged in here but I've requested for it anyway), suspension from a faculty's class for next 4 days (not just me, there are 31 more guys) and not to forget - a brand new blog! And I know I have missed many things that happened that I still can't recall, and some deliberately.
Now the things to look forward to, in the coming year:
- Keep on learning guitar, and thistime learning it well.
- Form a heavy metal band and then play in the next Campus Rock Idols or any other college level competition.
- Complete the final year project anyhow, and complete it well.
- Have a decent engineering aggregate on my degree. Thankgod it's very decent as of now.
- Give walkins for other of my dream companies except the one I'm already recruited to.
- Look forward to CAT 2006 [I still am sceptic about the work-ex factor].
- No more wait.. ask her out before things get worse for myself.
